There are obvious benefits in automating the rail industry, and none more so than signalling where Network Rail are working to replace outdated signalling solutions across the country to improve reliability and safety for passengers. With the Signalling Innovations Group (SIG) developing a range of tools in anticipation of the development of the pipeline of work through CP6 that will introduce a step change in automation, this session will focus on emerging technologies and relevant solutions that will support in safety, efficiency and carbon reduction.
