With the Governments aspiration to phase out diesel-only trains by 2040, the On-Track Carbon Reduction Virtual Event presents a platform to highlight what the capabilities and opportunities alternative fuels offer in New Rolling Stock.

With a large proportion of the carbon emissions being associated with the initial manufacture of trains, maximising the service life of existing rolling stock and improving existing train efficiency will have a big role to play in reducing unnecessary carbon emissions.

This 90 minutes session will explore what solutions are available through a series of keynote presentations, technical demonstrations and panel discussions.
